Prop trading firms sell evaluations, not accounts. A trader buys a challenge, has to hit a profit target without breaking risk rules, moves to the next stage and finally trades a funded account with a profit split. Running that on spreadsheets and a generic CRM breaks as soon as volumes grow. RedCherry's prop firm module, coming soon, puts challenge design, evaluation tracking, funded accounts and leaderboards in the same CRM that handles sign-up, payments and support.
Because the module shares RedCherry's trading platform integration, challenge accounts are created on MT4 or MT5 automatically, trading activity is evaluated against targets and limits in real time, and failed accounts can be moved to read-only without manual work.

Traders sign up through the client portal, pass the KYC level you require, buy a challenge and follow their own progress, so support tickets about status drop.

Risk parameters are set per challenge and monitored across every account in real time, with flexible thresholds applied automatically. Reporting covers trading activity, pass rates, profitability and risk exposure, so the firm can tune challenge design on data rather than guesses. The same dashboard that shows deposits and clients shows challenge revenue and funded-account performance.

When the module ships, a challenge will run on RedCherry like this:
Every step is recorded on the trader's record, so support can answer a status question without asking the risk team, and the trader sees the same status in the portal.

Some firms run a brokerage and a prop program side by side. On RedCherry both share the client portal, the payment gateways, KYC, the IB program and reporting, so a trader who starts with a challenge and later opens a live account stays one client with one history, verified once.
Partners benefit too: the same IB program can pay an affiliate for each paid challenge and trade commission on live clients, with one statement covering both. Management reads challenge revenue, pass rates and funded-account performance next to deposits and trading volume, on one dashboard.

A challenge is bought, not opened, so the funnel looks like e-commerce: a landing page, a sign-up, a payment and a confirmation. RedCherry's lead management captures where each buyer came from, the marketing module runs the launch and reactivation campaigns, and the IB program pays affiliates who bring traders to a challenge, with CPA deals for each paid challenge or trade commission once a trader is funded. Leaderboards and trader statistics give the firm proof to publish, and the same client record carries the trader from first challenge to funded payout.

From sign-up to a funded account.
Step 1
Traders sign up, pick a challenge and trade against the benchmarks you define.
Step 2
Profit targets and risk rules decide who moves on to the next stage.
Step 3
Successful traders get a funded account and share in the profits they make.

It is coming soon. Brokerages and prop firms can book a demo to see the roadmap and the rest of the platform that the module builds on.
Yes. Both run on the same CRM, client portal, payments and reporting.
MetaTrader 4 and 5, with TradeLocker and cTrader coming soon, through RedCherry's trading platform integration.
Through the integrated payment gateways, with the same wallets and reconciliation used for deposits.
Yes. Profit targets, drawdown limits and trading conditions are set per challenge and per stage.
The account is marked failed by the rules and can be moved to read-only automatically; the trader can buy another challenge from the portal.
Rules are configured per challenge, so a firm can launch a new challenge with adjusted targets or limits and compare pass rates side by side. We recommend leaving challenges that traders have already bought unchanged, so every trader is judged by the rules they signed up for.
Yes. The IB program can pay a CPA for each paid challenge a partner brings, and trade commission once a referred trader is funded or opens a live account.
